Consultation
We discuss your business & sites, to identify areas where you’re eligible for exemptions and reductions and determine the rate you should have paid, from which we can estimate the overpayment value

Documentation
We send you a letter of authority, enabling us to request data on your behalf, then request from all your past and present energy suppliers, for all sites, the historic energy data required to calculate the value of your overpayment

Calculation
We retrospectively calculate the correct rates you should’ve paid (if any), work out how much you’ve overpaid, claim back the overpayments and ensure you’re paying the correct rates moving forwards
